  • As an intermediary, you are the link between clients, candidates, and your team. You start your week with a cup of coffee and discuss plans with your colleagues. Then you dive into the action board to determine which clients you will approach and which candidates you can propose. You are constantly on the move; one day you visit clients in the Heerenveen region, the next day you speak with temporary workers and candidates. You build sustainable relationships and respond to the needs of your clients. Acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships is an important part of your role. Together with your team, you work towards success in the region, celebrating successes and supporting each other to improve every day. No day is the same, making this position challenging and varied.
