  • As an HR Assistant in Venlo, you support the personnel administration at a large logistics service provider. You work 30 to 40 hours a week in an engaged and friendly team. You are the key player when it comes to personnel changes and HR processes. You process inflow, throughflow, and outflow in the HR system and ensure accurate personnel files. You support multiple locations and work closely with colleagues, managers, and employees. An average workday starts with checking new personnel data in the system. You process changes, keep personnel files up-to-date, and answer employee questions. You monitor the completeness of the administration and identify discrepancies. Additionally, you contribute ideas for improving HR processes and assist colleagues at various locations. You work extensively with Outlook, Word, and Excel. We ask

  • • MBO or HBO working and thinking level, preferably HRM or Personnel & Labor; • 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience; • Experience with different company departments and collective labor agreements; • Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written; • Experience with Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; • You work accurately and proactively; • Affinity with logistics is a plus.
