  • As a Front Office Employee, you are the first point of contact for visitors, colleagues, and suppliers. You ensure that everyone feels welcome and that everything runs smoothly. Your tasks include welcoming customers, colleagues, and suppliers with a warm welcome, answering incoming phone calls, and speaking to callers in a friendly manner. Additionally, you order office supplies and groceries for lunch, assist with internal events and meetings, and process incoming and outgoing mail and emails. You also reserve hotels and meeting rooms for colleagues and perform other light administrative tasks to support the team. You are available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for 24 hours per week.
