You coordinate and plan daily tasks, ensure deadlines are met, and inspire and coach your team. You guide them in their talent development and motivate them to bring out the best in themselves. You lead a team of 5-8 employees, which can grow to 10 employees during peak times. Together with your team, you work towards achieving store goals without losing sight of enjoyment. You ensure that customers leave the store with a smile by striving for the very best service and building a positive and pleasant working atmosphere where collaboration is central. You are an enthusiastic, proactive, and results-oriented leader. With your experience and energy, you know how to motivate a team while simultaneously creating a pleasant working environment. You have a keen eye for detail, can switch quickly, and know better than anyone how to combine customer satisfaction and team performance.

Are you looking for a dynamic job as a warehouse worker in the evening shift in Den Hoorn? You work at least three evenings a week from 18:00 to 20:30 and sort packages arriving from all over the Netherlands and Belgium. This varied and physical role involves handling both light and heavier packages. Together with an enthusiastic team, you ensure that everything runs quickly and neatly. An average workday begins when the trucks arrive, after which you immediately start sorting packages. You make sure everything ends up in the right place, whether you're working with heavy or lighter packages. You work at a high pace, but always safely, and regularly communicate with colleagues to support each other. You are required to work on Monday and Friday evenings and at least one other evening.
