You work 32 to 40 hours a week, depending on your preference. You are partly in the office, but also often outside with your team and the client. This makes your work varied and active. With your dedication, every green project becomes a success. No workday is the same. You start by planning the day and directing your team of gardeners and green maintenance workers. You keep an overview, quickly adapt to unexpected situations, and ensure quality. You have contact with clients, ensure the work stays on schedule, and keep an eye on costs. Together with the project manager, you ensure everything runs smoothly. You use project management software to track progress.
