  • Are you ready to be the key player in green maintenance projects in Amsterdam? As a Supervisor Green Maintenance, you coordinate maintenance projects from start to finish. You work 32 to 40 hours a week, depending on your preference. You are partly in the office, but also often outside with your team and the client. This makes your work varied and active. With your dedication, every green project becomes a success. No workday is the same. You start by planning the day and directing your team of gardeners and green maintenance workers. You keep an overview, quickly adapt to unexpected situations, and ensure quality. You have contact with clients, ensure the work stays on schedule, and keep an eye on costs. Together with the project manager, you ensure everything runs smoothly. You use project management software to track progress. This job is perfect for you if you like taking responsibility and working outdoors. You get a lot of freedom, your own company car, and plenty of room to develop yourself. We ask

  • • MBO or HBO level of work and thinking; • At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a leadership role; • Driver's license B; • Experience in green maintenance is a must; • In possession of VCA or willing to obtain it within 3 months; • You speak and write good Dutch; • You are communicatively strong and have leadership qualities; • You can plan and organize well; • You are customer-oriented, responsible, and a real team player; • You can work with project management software (such as MS Project); • You live a maximum of 40 km from Amsterdam.
