Emergency Cleaning Staff

The municipality of Eindhoven is looking for an enthusiastic facility employee who contributes to a hospitable, well-maintained, and well-organized museum environment. Are you available for 20 hours per week, do you have a passion for art and an eye for a clean, well-functioning environment? Then this is your chance! The working hours are from 08:00 to 12:00 for 3 to 4 days a week (not on weekends). You will be responsible for managing the staff canteen, the outdoor area, the inventory, the logistics corridor, and waste streams. Additionally, you will handle the issuance and receipt of goods and parcel services, purchasing and managing office supplies, and the logistical processing and administration thereof. You will prepare spaces for rental and group receptions, supervise maintenance services and suppliers, and monitor the use of the building and facilities. You will also report malfunctions, provide driver services, and perform light cleaning tasks. Finally, you will maintain contacts with employees, external customers, and suppliers regarding facility services.
