As a Commercial Intercedent, you are the point of contact for clients and candidates. You actively build your client portfolio, acquire new clients, and know how to further develop existing relationships. Together with Recruitment, you ensure the right match and work every day on growth, satisfied clients, and successful placements. You are involved in acquisition and relationship management within the local SME market, identifying and seizing commercial opportunities, recruiting and proposing suitable candidates, guiding temporary workers, drafting and following up on commercial proposals, and working intensively with Recruitment to successfully fill vacancies.

As a sales assistant in the construction shop, you are the first point of contact for customers. You work in Tilburg on Friday and Saturday, for 12 to 18 hours per week. You assist customers with their questions and ensure the store looks tidy. Together with colleagues, you make a difference; customer friendliness and teamwork are central. You greet customers and provide advice on building materials. You restock shelves and process orders. You also handle purchases at the cash register. Every workday is different. You work both independently and with colleagues, and there is always room to learn. You receive clear instructions and help when needed.
