As a Commercial Intercedent, you are the point of contact for clients and candidates. You actively build your client portfolio, acquire new clients, and know how to further develop existing relationships. Together with Recruitment, you ensure the right match and work every day on growth, satisfied clients, and successful placements. You are involved in acquisition and relationship management within the local SME market, identifying and seizing commercial opportunities, recruiting and proposing suitable candidates, guiding temporary workers, drafting and following up on commercial proposals, and working intensively with Recruitment to successfully fill vacancies.

Are you ready to help customers find their building materials in our Proshop? From freelancers to contractors, everyone can come to us for direct purchase and pickup of materials. Your role is crucial in gathering the right materials with the forklift and preparing them for the customer. You ensure that incoming goods from suppliers are efficiently unloaded and that the Proshop is always neat and organized. Additionally, you assist customers with loading their orders and offer extra service by taking time for a chat or answering questions.
