From the age of 21, you earn €16.04 gross per hour and accrue 8.33% holiday pay. Experience as a driver's assistant is not required. Your workday starts at 06:30 AM. Together with the driver, you load the truck and hit the road. You deliver beverages to various hospitality clients and events. You assist with unloading boxes of drinks and beer kegs and ensure that every order is delivered neatly with the driver. You spend a lot of time on the road and regularly interact with customers. Therefore, it is important that you speak Dutch well and can communicate politely with customers. At the end of the route, you return to the branch in Almere. There, you unload the packaging and leave the truck tidy together. Usually, your workday ends around 3:30 PM. No experience as a driver's assistant yet? No problem. We mainly value reliability, energy, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves. Do well and want to develop further? Then there are opportunities to eventually grow into a driver C.

We offer

  • • 18 years: €9.11 gross per hour + 8.33% holiday pay (€9.81 incl. holiday pay); • 19 years: €10.55 gross per hour + 8.33% holiday pay (€11.37 incl. holiday pay); • 20 years: €12.83 gross per hour + 8.33% holiday pay (€13.83 incl. holiday pay); • 21 years and older: €16.04 gross per hour + 8.33% holiday pay (€17.29 incl. holiday pay); The mentioned hourly rates include 5% ADV and 2% year-end bonus! • 32 to 40 hours per week; • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer from 10 km one way; • Accumulation of leave hours; • Good guidance during your induction period; • An active job where you are on the road a lot; • Opportunities for advancement from driver's assistant to driver C; • Chance to stay for a longer period; • If performing well, a chance for a contract with the company; • Extras such as staff outings and a house beer arrangement.

  • • You speak and understand Dutch well, due to customer contact; • You can handle physical work and can lift boxes of drinks and beer kegs; • You are reliable, customer-friendly, and love to take initiative; • You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week; • You can be present at the location in Almere at 06:30 AM; • Working with alcoholic beverages is not a problem for you. Experience as a driver's assistant is not necessary. We find your motivation, work attitude, and energy more important.

Where will you be working?

You will work at a large beverage wholesaler in Almere. From this location, beverages are delivered daily to, among others, hospitality, events, and other business clients. You work with approximately 30 to 50 colleagues in logistics and transport. The atmosphere is informal and down-to-earth. Hard work is done, but colleagues also help each other. Together, you ensure that all orders arrive neatly and on time at the customer.
