For the Kadaster in Zwolle, we are looking for an enthusiastic Preprocessing and Delivery Employee (Delivery Specialist). In this varied role, you ensure that geographical data and map products are processed and delivered correctly to internal and external customers. The Preprocessing and Delivery department is part of the Topography department within Geo-Information of the Kadaster. The department forms an important link between the acquisition, processing, and availability of topographical data. Together with your colleagues, you work on preparing, checking, and editing geographical data, map products, and aerial photos. Quality is central: the products and data provided by the Kadaster must be reliable, up-to-date, and accurate. As a Preprocessing and Delivery Employee, you are involved in processing, managing, and delivering geographical data. You combine datasets, create custom maps, and ensure that digital and physical map products are delivered correctly. Additionally, you handle customer inquiries and orders and support the Customer Contact Center with technical issues. Thanks to your precise working method and eye for quality, you contribute daily to the topographical products of the Kadaster.

We ask

  • • Minimum MBO 4 completed; • Strong digital skills and broad knowledge of computer applications. Experience with GIS applications, spatial data, map processing, and Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is a plus; • Affinity with current and historical topographical maps and aerial photos, combined with attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and structured with large amounts of data; • Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. You are able to work accurately under time pressure and meet deadlines; • An independent, proactive, and solution-oriented work attitude. You are a team player who takes responsibility, enjoys collaborating, and is willing to quickly learn new techniques and tasks; • Available for 32-36 hours per week, with at least two days per week present at the office in Zwolle; • You are available on August 10 to attend an interview at the Kadaster.

Where will you be working?

The Kadaster is the authority in the field of geo- and real estate information in the Netherlands. As a statutory organization, the Kadaster registers, manages, and provides data on ownership, parcel boundaries, and geo-information. This information forms the basis for numerous social and spatial issues. Within the Preprocessing and Delivery department, you are part of the Topography department, part of Geo-Information. This department plays an important role in processing, managing, and making current topographical data available. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that governments, companies, and residents can rely on accurate, reliable, and up-to-date geo-information.
