In this position, you work between 24 and 40 hours per week and are the first point of contact for customers with questions. You provide clear answers and ensure efficient handling. You work partly from home and partly at the office, and twice a month on Saturdays. You earn €16.77 per hour and receive both travel and home office allowances. You log in, check your mailbox, and answer calls from customers with various questions about financial services. You listen attentively, think along, and look for suitable solutions. After each conversation, you update your administration and sometimes consult with colleagues from other departments. On Saturdays, you work from 09:00 to 17:00.
