As a customer service representative backline in Arnhem, you give your best every day. You work 32 to 40 hours a week and have the opportunity to work independently. In this role, you handle files that are a bit more challenging, allowing you to show what you have to offer! You mainly work digitally, process requests, handle emails, and solve complex questions. Only in cases of high urgency do you pick up the phone, allowing you to focus on quality. You are the one who ensures that customers and colleagues are helped quickly and efficiently. You process bookings, cashback requests, and ensure the system is always accurate. You are involved, think along, and always remain professional. Every day is different. You check which actions are pending, consult with colleagues, and ensure everything runs smoothly. You are the link that makes a difference in the team.
