As a Logistics Team Leader in the center of Arnhem, you are responsible for coordinating and supporting the warehouse team during the morning shifts. You ensure that deliveries are processed efficiently and that the store always has the right stock on time.
You lead the team during the unloading and sorting of deliveries, distribute tasks among colleagues, and monitor the progress of daily warehouse activities. You motivate the team, help solve operational problems, and ensure that the warehouse always remains organized and safe.
In addition to managing daily operations, you work closely with store management and contribute ideas to improve logistical processes. You are hands-on, proactive, and enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment where teamwork is essential.
