  • As a customer service representative at the ANWB in the Hoogeveen area, you are the first point of contact for people who need help on the road. You answer phone calls, listen carefully to the customer, and think along about the best solution. No conversation is the same, and thanks to your service-oriented attitude, you ensure that customers are well assisted. You work 20 to 32 hours per week in a 24/7 environment. Therefore, you are flexibly available during the day, in the evening, at night, on weekends, and on holidays. You receive extensive training averaging 36 hours and then 10 days of on-site guidance. After approximately 3 to 4 months, depending on your performance, up to 50% working from home is possible. You earn €16.50 gross per hour, with 8% holiday pay, 5.58% year-end bonus, and attractive allowances. Are you customer-oriented, communicatively strong, and do you like to think in solutions?     • Willing to work fully on-site in Assen during training and onboarding period;
    • Customer-oriented and communicatively strong;
    • Problem-solving and service-oriented.
