Customer Service Employee Zoetermeer

As a Customer Service Employee at the Municipal Information Point, you are the first point of contact for residents of Zoetermeer. You work 20 hours a week in the city center. You assist people with questions about, for example, passports, driver's licenses, benefits, or municipal taxes. No day is the same, and you get a lot of variety in your work. Your day starts with booting up your systems, after which you take calls from residents. You make appointments, give advice, and involve colleagues where necessary. Sometimes you process reports about, for example, street lighting or provide explanations for care questions. You work with different systems simultaneously. Together with your team, you ensure that residents are helped quickly and efficiently. You work in an enthusiastic team of 25 colleagues. Everyone helps each other, and you receive good guidance.
