Your day starts with a handover from the night shift. Together, you review the specifics and divide the tasks. Then you go to the living groups to support clients. Between care moments, you encourage the residents' independence during activities. At the end of your shift, you report your findings accurately in the file. As a supervisor ABI, you work at a beautiful residential care park in Harderwijk. You guide people with acquired brain injury and work between 24 and 36 hours per week.
