Nurse NAH+ Harderwijk

As a nurse (mbo or hbo), you work at the most beautiful residential care park in the Netherlands. Here, you guide and care for clients with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), often in combination with mental health or mild intellectual disability issues. You work 24 to 32 hours a week in a calming, green environment. Your work is challenging and meaningful because you face complex care questions every day. Together with your team, you build a safe and trusted environment where the client is always central. This is your chance to grow in a unique field! Your day starts with a handover from the night shift. Together, you review the specifics and divide the tasks. Then you go to the living groups to support clients. You provide nursing care and assist with daily activities. No day is the same, as the care demand varies and requires quick, careful decisions. You observe behavior and respond immediately. Between care moments, you encourage the residents' independence during activities. At the end of your shift, you report your findings accurately in the file.
