  • Are you the person who reassures customers with car trouble or other help requests and knows what needs to be done? As a customer service employee at the ANWB Alarm Center, you are that support. You have telephone contact with customers from various business partners of the ANWB. You listen attentively, ask the right questions, and determine what assistance is needed. With your customer-oriented and solution-oriented attitude, you ensure that the customer is excellently helped. No day is the same; you meet different customers and situations, which requires flexibility, calmness, and clear communication. You work in a 24/7 environment, which means you are flexibly available for day, evening, and night shifts, including weekends and holidays. You start with extensive training and are well guided during your onboarding period. Once you are fully trained, there is the possibility to work partly from home.

You will work at the ANWB Alarm Center in the Groningen area. Here, an enthusiastic team is ready every day to help people when they unexpectedly need assistance on the road. Because the Alarm Center is open 24/7, no day is the same, and you will encounter various situations and help requests.
