Customer Service CSR

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the first point of contact for customers. You assist them with questions about orders, invoices, transport documents, and other logistical matters. Additionally, you ensure that customer orders are processed correctly and maintain an overview of the entire administrative process. Thanks to your precise working method, all logistical processes run smoothly. You maintain daily contact with customers, carriers, and colleagues. You also coordinate customer-related matters with the Customer Manager and provide customers with clear information about products and services. You switch quickly, think solution-oriented, and can maintain an overview even in busy situations. No day is the same. You work independently but are simultaneously an important link within an enthusiastic team. You identify areas for improvement, contribute ideas for more efficient work processes, and actively contribute to professional service delivery.
