- Are you ready to make a difference as a customer contact employee in Krimpenerwaard? In this role, you help residents and entrepreneurs of the municipality with their questions. You work 24 to 32 hours a week in the customer contact team, where you ensure that everyone is helped in a friendly and quick manner. As the first point of contact, you handle many things yourself, and if you can't solve something, you easily connect with colleagues from other departments. This makes your work varied and challenging. Your workday starts with answering phone calls from residents and businesses. You listen carefully, think along, and provide direct answers or quickly find out the information. You work with various administrative systems and appreciate clarity. Besides phone conversations, you process customer inquiries about municipal products, services, and regulations, and always ensure a neat handling. If a question is too difficult, you neatly transfer it to the right colleague and keep track of the status. Do you want to work in an involved team where your efforts count?
