  • As a CNC operator in Heerenveen, you work full-time (37.5 hours) on manufacturing wooden stair components with CNC-controlled machines. You start with a raw piece of wood and transform it together with your colleagues into a complete and customer-oriented product. You work in a heated, safe hall with everything at the right working height. Your day starts at 07:15. You select the right order and set up the machine. During the process, you regularly check the quality. Is maintenance or a tool change needed? You handle it quickly and neatly. Cleaning your workspace is also part of the job. We ask

  • • You have at least VMBO, MBO, or equivalent work and thinking level; • You have 1 year or more experience as a CNC operator or similar position; • You have knowledge of wood types and can read technical drawings; • Experience with CAD/CAM software (such as Kompass, Maestro, Xilog) is a plus; • You work accurately, are flexible, and like to take initiative; • You live a maximum of 40 km from Heerenveen; • You speak and write good Dutch; • You can work well in a team and are eager to learn.
