We offer
- • A gross hourly wage of €18.75 (including 12.5% shift allowance); • Travel allowance of €0.23 per km for commuting; • 8% holiday pay, paid annually in May; • 25 vacation days per year; • A varied full-time job of 40 hours per week; • Working in 2 shifts (one week from 06:00 to 14:30, the other week from 14:15 to 22:45); • A committed and collegial team where collaboration is paramount.

- • You have technical insight or a technical background; • You can read technical drawings, or you want to learn this; • You work accurately and have an eye for detail; • You follow guidelines and work in a structured manner; • You are open to working in a cleanroom (with protective clothing); • You are eager to learn and quickly adapt to new processes; • You master the Dutch or English language; • Experience in production, assembly, or technical environment is a plus, not a requirement; • You can work independently and in a team; • You live within 30 km of Alkmaar.

Pharmaceutical Production Worker
As a pharmaceutical production worker in Alkmaar, you work at an innovative company that packages medicines for pharmacies and healthcare institutions. You work 28 to 36 hours per week, in a rotating schedule. One week you work during the day, the next week in the evening. For working after 8:00 PM, you receive a 30% extra allowance on your salary. You start in the de-blistering or validation department. Here you learn the trade and have the opportunity to advance to the PROUD department, where you work with advanced machines. As an employee in the quality department at ERIKS, you are responsible for the 100% inspection of technically advanced products. You work accurately and precisely, inspect products, and remain focused. You enjoy concentrating on a task. Depending on the workload within the total QC, you assist in the cleanroom or at the final inspection as needed. You inspect production orders in the cleanroom, such as quantities, lengths, and the correct assembly method. In the cleanroom, you review production orders, both in small and large series sizes. You use SAP and other systems to accurately record and report quality.
