As a Line Leader in the Packaging department in Groningen, you play a crucial role. You work full-time in a 2-shift system and ensure that the packaging line runs smoothly and the quality always remains high. It is a versatile role in production without a direct managerial role, but with growth opportunities to team leader. You work on the shop floor and on multiple production lines (3-4), perform quality checks, adjust machines, and maintain oversight. Additionally, you take initiative, identify work, indirectly manage colleagues as the second in command, and also perform administrative tasks. If necessary, you assist in the packaging department.
