As an Inhouse Consultant at DHL in Amsterdam, you are the point of contact for both employees and management. Because you literally work on-site at DHL, you are always aware of what is happening in the logistics process and can quickly adapt when necessary. You recruit and select candidates for logistics positions, ensure optimal planning, and maintain close contact with team leaders on the work floor. You know exactly how to get the right people in the right place and keep everything administratively well-organized. Additionally, you monitor attendance, discuss staffing needs with the client, and ensure smooth collaboration. No day is the same; sometimes you need to quickly adapt to last-minute requests or peak moments. In short, a versatile and dynamic role where you make a difference at one of the largest logistics players in the Netherlands.
