As an Inhouse Consultant in Amsterdam, you are the main point of contact for both employees and the client. Because you work on-site, you know exactly what's happening on the work floor and can quickly adapt when the situation requires it. You are involved in recruiting and selecting new employees, organizing the schedule, and ensuring the right people are in the right place. Additionally, you maintain close contact with team leaders, monitor staffing levels, and ensure the administration is accurate. You also discuss staffing needs with the client and think about suitable solutions. No day is the same. One day you might be conducting interviews and arranging the schedule, the next day you might be solving a last-minute challenge or responding to a sudden peak in work.
