- Are you an experienced Case Manager Absence and available for a temporary assignment? For DHL Express, we are looking for an interim professional to strengthen the HR team for approximately 1 year. In this role, you will independently manage absence processes and share your knowledge and experience with two junior case managers. A great opportunity to make a direct impact within an international organization. You are responsible for guiding employees during their absence and reintegration process. You maintain contact with employees, managers, the company doctor, and the occupational health service, draft action plans, and monitor progress and legal deadlines according to the Gatekeeper Improvement Act. Additionally, you advise managers on absence, prevention, and sustainable employability and ensure correct and complete dossier building. Your base is Schiphol, but you will work at various DHL locations. Together with the team, you will coordinate weekly where your presence is needed. You have the option to work 32 or 40 hours.
