  • Are you a precise and detail-oriented worker? As an Assistant Supply, you support the Supply team with various administrative tasks related to the coordination of vegetable seed production. You ensure that data is processed correctly and that administrative processes run smoothly. Thanks to your efforts, the Supply Specialists can focus on planning and coordinating production. In this varied role, you have a lot of contact with different internal and external parties. You effortlessly switch between administrative tasks, maintain an overview, and ensure that everything is processed timely and correctly. Your tasks include creating and processing (external) orders, processing data and certificates in the ERP system, drafting, printing, and checking quality certificates, and maintaining contact with laboratories, Supply Specialists, and the commercial internal service. Additionally, you perform various administrative tasks to support the Supply team. The position is temporary from January 1, 2027, to September 30, 2027, for 30 to 38 hours per week. You work at the location in De Lier.
