Then this temporary position as Assistant Station Manager at De Vlaak in Maasdijk might be something for you! As an Assistant Station Manager, you support the Station Manager in the daily management of the station. You ensure that administrative, facility, and operational matters are well arranged and that colleagues can perform their tasks as efficiently as possible. You have a versatile role in which you have a lot of contact with colleagues, suppliers, and other external parties. You maintain an overview, identify bottlenecks, and help ensure that processes run smoothly, safely, and with high quality.

We offer

  • • A position of 20 to 24 hours per week; • A temporary assignment of 6 months; • A salary between €3,500 and €5,700 gross per month, depending on experience and based on a full-time employment; • A varied position within an operational environment; • A role in which you receive a lot of responsibility and combine different tasks.

We ask

  • • You have at least MBO+ working and thinking level; • You have experience in an operational environment; • Preferably, you have knowledge of production, logistics, or horticultural processes; • You are proficient with Microsoft 365; • You have a good command of the Dutch language and preferably also the English language; • You are communicatively skilled and enjoy working together; • You are quality and safety conscious; • You can plan and organize well; • You are solution-oriented and like to take initiative. • You work at least 20 hours, preferably 24 hours per week; • You work spread over 4 days per week; • There is some flexibility in working hours when the work requires it; • The position starts on October 1, 2026; • It is a temporary position for 6 months.
