Allround Sales Support (24-30 hours)

For an international organization in the toy industry, we are looking for an Allround Sales Support Employee. You will join a small, friendly team at the office in Deventer, where you play an important role in supporting the commercial department. You are the indispensable link behind the scenes and ensure everything runs smoothly. You mainly work from the internal sales department and form a strong team with an experienced commercial colleague. While your colleague focuses primarily on the commercial side, you provide structure, support, and a smooth flow of daily activities. A calm, independent, and organized work attitude is therefore well-suited to this role. The working days are determined in consultation. In this versatile role, you support the sales department both administratively and organizationally. You are involved in, among other things: • Supporting the sales department with various administrative and organizational tasks; • Preparing and following up on customer and prospect communication; • Processing customer requests and filling in commercial forms and spreadsheets; • Maintaining contact with marketing departments of international suppliers about content, artwork, and packaging; • Assisting in the creation and editing of marketing and sales materials, such as packaging, manuals, and other documentation; • Thinking along about a smooth sales process and providing support where necessary.
