As a working supervisor in cleaning, you and your team are responsible for a clean and representative work environment within a health center in Deventer. You lead the cleaning team daily and also actively participate on the work floor. You work from Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, ideal if you have other activities during the day or prefer to keep your days free. You start the shift with your colleagues, distribute the tasks, and oversee the planning and quality. You support your team where needed, adjust if necessary, and check if everything is carried out according to the agreed cleaning standards. Of course, you also roll up your sleeves. You clean general areas, offices, and sanitary facilities, ensuring that visitors and employees can count on a fresh and hygienic environment every day. In this role, you are the point of contact for your colleagues. You enjoy motivating people, take responsibility, and like working together towards a great end result. We offer
