  • As an Allround Mechanic, you are responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and control technology production facilities. You independently resolve malfunctions and contribute to the continuity and safety of production. Additionally, you support malfunction analyses within your work area and share your knowledge with colleagues. Together with work planners and operators, you coordinate the approach to maintenance work and improvements. You also supervise external parties to ensure they work safely and hygienically. You manage work orders via SAP and ensure accurate reports, which help in analyzing and preventing malfunctions. It is important that you are also occasionally available for on-call duty (approximately 4 times every 9 weeks) so that we can provide 24/7 support.

We ask

  • • Preferably a completed MBO4 education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering; • Experience as a mechanic and familiar with daily operations in a technically advanced factory; • A service-oriented, customer-friendly attitude with ownership for problem-solving; • Strong analytical skills, precise work, and attention to safety and quality; • Good communication skills and you are a real team player; • Willingness to be on-call; • Knowledge of SAP is a plus, but not a must if you quickly learn new systems; • Proficiency in the Dutch language; knowledge of English is a plus; • Ability to work independently and confidently within the team; • Ability to start on short notice.

Where will you be working?

You will work within the Technical Service (Maintenance) in Borculo, a team of approximately 35 specialists consisting of mechanics, work planners, team leaders, and engineers, part of the broader Technical Service (±50 FTE). Together they ensure a safe, reliable, and efficient production environment.
