  • Are you ready to make a difference at FrieslandCampina? As a work preparer/planner, you are responsible for preparing, planning, monitoring, and evaluating all maintenance, revision, modification, and new construction activities. You play a crucial role in minimizing production stops by efficiently organizing both planned and unplanned maintenance. You work closely with production, quality assurance, safety, central departments, and your fellow planners. Your core tasks include preparing and planning corrective and preventive maintenance, determining the scope and required resources per work order, and requesting quotes. Additionally, you ensure the daily distribution of work, handling external services, and invoice control. You participate in improvement teams and contribute to the continuous professionalization of processes while overseeing all safety, quality, and environmental requirements.

We ask

  • • Education: HBO or WO (technical is a plus). Junior, medior, and senior candidates welcome! Junior candidates must have completed an HBO/WO education; • Work experience: Relevant experience as a (technical) work preparer/planner within the process industry or production environment is a strong plus; • Skills: • Knowledge of maintenance processes, planning software, HSE & Q standards; • Experience with (or able to become proficient in) SAP EAM, MM, and MS Office; • Accurate, structured, methodical & strong in prioritizing; • Good written and verbal knowledge of Dutch and English is required. • Certification: VOL-VCA; • Personality: You bring goal orientation, ownership, and curiosity. You work independently, take initiative, and stand firm. You gladly contribute to team goals and are focused on continuous improvement.
