As a residential counselor EMB in Groningen, you guide residents with moderate to very severe intellectual disabilities on a daily basis. You work 24 to 32 hours per week. Together with your colleagues, you provide a familiar daily structure, which offers peace and safety for the residents. You help them experience their day as pleasantly and independently as possible.
