Are you ready for a challenging role as Packaging Line Leader at a modern production company in Groningen? In this full-time position of 40 hours per week, you work in a 2-shift system in the packaging department of a renowned mustard manufacturer. Although it is not a managerial position, you direct colleagues and take initiative. You start by working on the line and immediately take responsibility for multiple production lines. You perform quality checks, adjust machines, and maintain oversight. Together with an enthusiastic team, you are visible on the shop floor. Your day begins with a brief handover where you review the production schedule and distribute tasks. You direct colleagues, perform checks, and assist in adjusting machines. If necessary, you work on the line and ensure everything runs smoothly. You keep track of administration and intervene in case of problems. You work alternately from 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00, with a fixed schedule and 13% shift allowance. This job is perfect for those who want to grow into a team leader and enjoy taking responsibility.
