Although it is not a managerial position, you direct colleagues and take initiative. You start by working on the line and immediately take responsibility for multiple production lines. You perform quality checks, adjust machines, and maintain oversight. Together with an enthusiastic team, you are visible on the shop floor. Your day begins with a brief handover where you review the production schedule and distribute tasks. You direct colleagues, perform checks, and assist in adjusting machines. If necessary, you work on the line and ensure everything runs smoothly. You keep track of administration and intervene in case of problems.
