  • As an all-round operator in Marum, you play a crucial role in cheese production. You work full-time (36-40 hours) in a five-shift system. You ensure that the machines run smoothly and the cheese is of top quality. The work is varied: you can be involved in preparation, in the cheese factory, or in the warehouse. Your day starts with a short handover. Then you check the production line, operate machines, and keep a close eye on everything. You work with weighing installations and sometimes with a forklift. Do you see a malfunction? Then you quickly solve it or perform minor maintenance. You constantly check the quality of the cheese. You record data and ensure that everything remains neat and hygienic. We ask
