Are you ready to become the point of contact for our customers as a customer service representative in Zwolle? You work 32 hours a week in a friendly team of about 35 colleagues. You start your day between 8:30 and 9:00 AM and work until 5:30 PM, with the possibility of working a bit longer during busy periods. During an extensive training program, you will learn everything about the company, the services, and how to optimally assist customers. You answer questions by phone and email, help customers, process their data, and provide advice on packages and deliveries. You maintain contact with various departments and prepare reports. Every day is different, with a mix of customer contact, administration, and making improvement proposals. Together with the team, you ensure that customers are satisfied and quickly assisted.
