**Your Role** As a Logistics Specialist focusing on the outbound process, you are responsible for performing operational tasks within the wholesale, with a focus on the order picking process. This includes both manual order collection and managing the machines that process orders. As a specialist, you are the first point of contact for logistics staff, monitor the quality of the process, identify deviations, and propose improvements. You ensure that the machines function optimally and are effectively stocked. You do this by maintaining the machines and the racks around them, locating the correct items in the machines, and preventing and resolving minor disruptions.
