As a courier at DHL Express in Eindhoven, you work a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 days per week. You start on Monday at 07:30, and on other days at 08:00. Your day lasts about 9 to 10 hours. You deliver packages to both businesses and individuals and drive a neat delivery van. You largely plan your route yourself.
During your workday, you make 50 to 60 stops. Additionally, you handle an average of 15 urgent requests in between. You assist customers with questions and process documentation, for example, for international shipments. Every day is varied. You have a lot of contact with customers and colleagues.
