Timing grows to number 3 employment agency in the Netherlands

The annual revenue ranking of the temporary employment sector shows a remarkable shift this year at the top of Dutch employment agencies. For the first time, a family business has reached the top 3 and surpassed two publicly listed colleagues. With this, ADG Dienstengroep strengthens its position in the field of flexible labor, and the Timing Holding is the number 3 employment agency in the Netherlands. This is evident from the Flexmarkt Revenue Ranking Top 100-2019.

Recently, there has been much attention on the future of flexible labor. The significant revenue shifts at the top indicate that the market is consolidating through acquisitions, and publicly listed companies are falling behind new flexible companies. As a result, the 'traditional' employment agency is increasingly less visible in the Dutch landscape. “As a family business, we choose growth and the long term. That is why we acquired In Person last year and are still present throughout the country with many branches. We put our temporary workers first, and that stands out. That we have now joined the top 3 of employment agencies is a compliment to all our temporary workers and clients,” said Paul Haarhuis, CCO of Timing.

Appreciation for operational work

Within the family business, there is a very strong culture. Timing believes in the power of people who take action and is committed to appreciating operational work. These go-getters keep the Netherlands running. They are the engine of our society. “The impact of having work on our temporary workers is significant. We are proud that we can contribute to this. For many young people, this is also a reason to choose Timing as an employer. We also invest in the personal development of temporary workers. So that they can grow and further develop,” said Paul Haarhuis. “With this, we manage to connect temporary workers and clients for longer periods, even in a tight labor market. We are pleased that more and more clients see our expertise in operational work and trust us. From this positive spirit, not only do we grow, but also our clients and temporary workers.”
