As a Technical Operator in the Processing department at The Vegetarian Butcher, you play a crucial role in the production of our final products. You operate a complete production line that processes 'dough' at high speed and large output into plant-based products such as burgers, schnitzels, balls, and strips. You set the machines according to the applicable standards and ensure that the products meet the specifications. You also monitor and record both the process and the products. Do you notice a deviation? Then you respond to it in a timely manner. In this role, you are responsible for a large and important part of the production process. This started with various Dutch supermarkets, but now you can also find the products in the hospitality industry, in healthcare institutions, and with caterers. In Europe, Vivera is one of the three largest producers of meat substitutes. The products are available in more than twenty thousand supermarkets in twenty countries, with Germany and Italy as standouts. Further growth in Europe is their primary goal. Almost all the ingredients Vivera uses come from local soil. Dutch manufacture: grown and processed here in the only vegetarian 'factory' in the Netherlands. Unlike other vegetarian products, Vivera only makes vegetarian and vegan products. Additionally, they are well on their way to becoming the greenest factory in Europe.
