You work in a 3-shift system and have a versatile role within the logistics process. In this position, you perform various logistics tasks. You are involved in receipts, loading, and internal transport between the different production departments. You ensure that goods are transferred at the right time and in an efficient manner. With the help of internal transport means, you ensure that the necessary materials end up in the right place, so that the production process can continue to run smoothly and efficiently.

As Assistant Team Leader Logistics, you are responsible for ensuring an efficient logistics process and achieving the agreed KPIs. You closely monitor progress and timely identify any bottlenecks. Additionally, you ensure that safety, quality, and work instructions are followed. You guide, motivate, and support logistics employees and are responsible for onboarding and instructing new colleagues. Promoting knowledge sharing and development within the team is an important part of your role. Finally, you process and check administrative logistics processes in Fobis.

As a line operator, you are independently responsible for part of the packaging process. You perform all common tasks on the various packaging lines to achieve the planned production. You ensure that the qualitative and quantitative requirements are met. Furthermore, you are responsible for adhering to the work instructions as described on the packaging list and the HACCP quality book. Hygiene is of utmost importance to you during the packaging and production of products. We ensure that you are well trained, if necessary, to achieve the above.
