Working at Vitens

Are you ready to be the first point of contact for customers with questions about their drinking water? As a customer service representative at Vitens in Arnhem, you assist customers via phone and digital channels with a variety of topics such as invoices, payments, meter readings, water consumption, water quality, and disruptions. You provide friendly, clear, and solution-oriented service. Even with complex questions, you know how to professionally assist the customer further. Based on your experience and skills, we will determine together which department within Vitens' customer service suits you best, such as Payments & Collections or Metering & Invoicing. You start on Monday, October 5, 2026, with a paid training of 8 to 10 weeks (32 hours per week, on location in Arnhem). After that, you work according to your own contract hours with working hours from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00.
