In short, a Bakkenist checks the final product.

• Ensures that the bundles are stacked correctly in the container or on the pallet;
• Checks if the bundles are equipped with straps and bundle notes according to procedure;
• Ensures proper calibration of the scale with recognizable container content by executing the scanning process according to work instructions;
• Ensures that the finished product is transported and prepared for transport by forklift driver/order picker;
• Takes action as needed in case of disruptions in the bundling and/or printing process and reports this to the operator;
• Takes into account occupational health and safety rules regarding the loading of containers or pallets due to heavy physical work;
• Ensures the timely preparation of the mailbags to be checked;
• Keeps the work environment clean

As a forklift driver, you handle the supply and removal of products in the warehouse and at the machine.

• Retrieves the folder with the correct number from the warehouse and places it at the correct machine and at the correct feeder on the second line, taking into account the production order;
• Identifies potential shortages and anticipates them according to procedure;
• Keeps the location on the floor organized, free of empty pallets, and ensures that the pallets are neatly within the lines;
• Ensures that pallets are free of foil;
• Ensures that finished products are removed and ready at the correct location for transport;
• Keeps the work environment clean and tidy, taking into account safety and quality regulations.

You will call the leaflet deliverers who sign up, to schedule them for a district. This means it is important that you proactively pick up the phone and speak easily. You can also be called. Then it is up to you to handle questions neatly and record everything in the system.

As an employee of the Delivery Service, you have contact with the delivery person (and their parents). They call, email, or chat with questions about the delivery. It is your task to answer and process these questions properly. The questions are, for example, about the delivery of the brochures. You can answer most questions directly. If more research is needed, you forward the question to the colleagues in the back office.

• On behalf of colleagues within your regional team, you assess new construction, review complaint addresses, and collect dumpings.
• In collaboration with the Recruitment department, you generate warm leads that can be converted by them into appointments. Think of visiting sports clubs, community centers, and putting up posters.
• You conduct spot checks and field research in neighborhoods.
• You arrange for pre- and post-delivery of leaflets or house-to-house newspapers if applicable.
