Are you ready to play an important role as a production worker in the assembly of hydraulic pumps? You work full-time, 40 hours per week, in shifts and become part of a specialized team where collaboration and quality are paramount. Every day you contribute to products that are used worldwide. Your workday begins at your fixed spot on the assembly line, where you assemble parts of the pump and closely follow the signals that indicate if everything is correct. After your work, your colleagues check the product, and at the end of the line, the pump is tested. This way, you ensure that the pump can safely be loaded onto the truck. During busy periods, you work in a 3-shift system and sometimes on Saturdays. Overtime is extra rewarded. Who is Power-Packer?

Power-Packer has been around for more than 50 years and is located in Oldenzaal. They make drive systems for convertible roofs of passenger cars and cab tilting systems (think of pumps and cylinders as components) for trucks.

However, this is not all, Power-Packer does more; the motion control systems must function flawlessly, with safety and reliability being of utmost importance. In addition to hard work and nice colleagues, there is an informal and family-like working atmosphere.
