Production Worker Oldenzaal

As a production worker on the pump line, you work in a modern production company in Oldenzaal. You work full-time (40 hours) in 2 or 3 shifts. Together with colleagues, you assemble parts of hydraulic pumps. Thanks to light signals, you can see exactly when a product is ready for the next step. At the end of the line, the pump is tested to ensure the product works perfectly. Overtime on Saturday can sometimes occur, for which you receive an extra allowance and meal compensation. Your workday starts in a fixed team, where everyone has a clear task. You assemble, check, and work closely with colleagues. You work with modern tools and a streamlined work process. You regularly consult with colleagues and team leaders. The atmosphere is informal and collegial, and safety is always a priority. You learn quickly and have the opportunity to take on new tasks. Who is Power-Packer?

Power-Packer has been around for more than 50 years and is located in Oldenzaal. They make drive systems for convertible roofs of passenger cars and cab tilting systems (think of pumps and cylinders as components) for trucks.

However, this is not all, Power-Packer does more; the motion control systems must function flawlessly, with safety and reliability being of utmost importance. In addition to hard work and nice colleagues, there is an informal and family-like working atmosphere.
