Nine years ago, I was hired at Conduent (then still Xerox) as a customer advisor for the Vodafone Service project. Without any experience in the call center world, I advanced to senior customer advisor within a year, where I also provided support to my colleagues alongside the call activities. Because I always want to get the best out of myself, I started the 'Teamleader in training' program within Conduent in 2017 and successfully completed it. After performing the team leader role for 6 years, I am now starting the 'Delivery Manager in training' program. Additionally, during my career at Conduent, I have seen quite a few colleagues advance within our company to departments such as Training & Development, IT, HR, and Client Intelligence. In short, there are plenty of growth opportunities within Conduent as long as you have the right mindset and motivation.
