Questions about your salary
Questions about your salary
When is my salary paid?
Timing has a weekly and four-weekly payment. Do you have a weekly payment? Then we process your worked hours from the past week on Monday. The salary is deposited into your account on Wednesday. Do you have a four-weekly payment? Then your salary is paid every four weeks on Wednesday.
I have not received my salary?
If you have not received your salary, please contact the consultant at your Timing location.
My salary is incorrect.
Check in the new Mijn Timing environment if your payslip is correct. Is something not right? Then contact your location.

Questions about hours, payslips, and annual statements
How can I submit and view my worked hours?
You can submit and view the worked hours via My Timing. Therefore, log in to your Mijn Timing environment.
Where can I find my payslips?
New payslips can be viewed by logging into your My Timing environment. With your old details, you can view your old payslips in the old Mijn Timing environment until August 1, 2016. After August 1, the old My Timing environment is no longer available, and you can request them from your contact person at the location.
Where can I find my annual statements?
For 2015 and earlier, you can request them from your contact person at the location. New annual statements can be found in your Mijn Timing environment.
Questions about payroll tax credit
What is payroll tax credit?
Tax credits are discounts on the tax. This means you have to pay less tax. If you work via Timing, we take into account the general tax credit and the labor tax credit. Together, these credits are called the payroll tax credit. This means you pay less payroll tax and receive more salary.
When should I apply payroll tax credit?
You can only apply for payroll tax credit with one employer. Do you work at Timing and also with another employer? Or do you have a benefit and a job at the same time? Then apply for payroll tax credit with the employer where you will earn the most. If you apply for payroll tax credit with every employer, you will receive too much tax credit. The chance is then high that you will have to pay extra tax afterward.
Questions about reporting sick
I want to report sick. Where can I go?
Do you want to report sick? Then contact your location and report your sickness.
Do I also have to report sick to the employer?
Depending on the agreements with the employer, you may also need to report sick to them. Check this carefully when reporting sick at the location to see if this is the case with your employer.
