What does a statement of employment prospects entail?
The statement of employment prospects is based on your opportunities in the job market. Through a personal and special analysis, it is assessed whether you have sufficient prospects for work in the coming years. This includes a critical look at your resume, work experience, references, previous evaluations, and personal interviews. This way, we can make a good estimate of the chance of work and whether you are therefore considered able to pay your mortgage in the future.
When will I receive a statement of employment prospects?
The assessment takes approximately 4-6 weeks. Are all signals green? Then the statement of employment prospectsis for you.
The issuance of a statement of employment prospects is not a given. We look at the following conditions you must meet:
- You have worked for at least 26 weeks through Timing and can demonstrate that you have also worked for at least 6 consecutive months before that.
- You have completed the application form in full and added the necessary attachments.
- The client and Timing location are positive about your work attitude, motivation, and performance.
- The results of your external labor market scan are positive.
