As an Operator, you play a crucial role in the production process. You ensure that the machines operate optimally and that each batch meets the highest quality standards. No day is the same, and you have a lot of responsibility in your work. Your tasks include setting up, operating, and converting production machines, weighing and mixing raw materials according to recipes, monitoring the production process and performing quality checks, solving minor malfunctions and performing first-line maintenance, and identifying improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency.
